HIV/AIDS Programs: Reporting Requirements

 

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual Data Report (RDR): Data Support

 

In order to meet funding requirements, service providers funded by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program must complete the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual Data Report (RDR) detailing information on all the clients they served during the course of the calendar year.

Dates to Remember!
10.26.09 Eastern Regional Training begins in Washington, DC
11.18.09 Western Regional Training begins in Scottsdale, AZ
12.09.09 Southeastern Regional Training begins in New Orleans, LA
01.04.10 Web system opens for data entry.
02.02.10 (6PM ET) All data reports must be started.
02.15.10 (6PM ET) All data reports must be in "Review" status.
03.08.10 (6PM ET) All data reports must be submitted for grantee approval.
03.15.10 (6PM ET) All data reports must be approved and submitted to HAB.
   
Forms and Instructions

In order to meet funding requirements, service providers funded by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program must complete the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual Data Report (RDR) detailing information on all the clients they served during the course of the calendar year.

Agencies should utilize the current versions of all documents (see dates below) when preparing their data for submission.
