Ryan White HIV/AIDS: 25 Years of Passion, Purpose and Excellence

Ryan White CARE Act Celebrates 25th Anniversary (08/18/2015)

August 18, 2015 marked the 25th anniversary of the Ryan White CARE Act.  It is a day to reflect on the passion that inspired the legislation, purpose that continues to drive the program, and excellence in health outcomes for people living with HIV/AIDS.

We are pleased to share the 25th anniversary theme is “Moving Forward with CARE: Building on 25 Years of Passion, Purpose, and Excellence.” The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) commemorates this milestone with its Program grantees, community partners, stakeholders, and people living with HIV who have been impacted by this critical legislation.

Together we move forward to build on the comprehensive public health framework established to deliver a unified response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the United States.

Join us as we pause to consider where we have been, celebrate what we have achieved as a Nation in the fight against HIV, and get excited about where we are headed!
